All of her experiences in these locations have given her abiding appreciation of the importance of a quality home life which ultimately led her to build the structures that support that.

Architect

Architect Vergara has been board certified for 20+ years with 100’s of projects to his name. He is the acting Vice President of the United Architects of the Philippines – Rajah Humabon Chapter, and its former President.

Engr. Nilo Babad

Project Manager

Engr. Nilo Babad is a highly experienced engineer with 45 years of expertise in supervising and managing a wide range of projects, including housing, civil works, and roads. He graduated with a BSCE in 1977 from CIT University and passed the board exam in 1978.

Ponciano Vercede

Contracting Manager

Mr. Vercede was a DILG Regional Director for the Visayas, and has 30+ years of experience in the development, management and execution of large scale industrial land development and contracting projects.
